Why
when I am choosing a product it does not appear in my shopping
cart?
This is because the shopping cart program is a cookie based
program. Cookies must be enabled in your browser's configuration.
I have ordered a service but how do I pay?
At the end of the transaction you should have been informed
that the invoice has been sent to you by e-mail and that
we await receipt of your cheque made payable to: Internet
Communication Services Ltd and sent to 3, Mayor Road, Floréal,
Mauritius. IMPORTANT: STATE OUR INVOICE NUMBER ON
THE BACK OF YOUR CHEQUE.
I have ordered some products on your website, when I
checked out, I was asked for a username and password for
the transaction, but it was not accepted, although I have
already registered as a client/member. Please help!
For security reasons, the 2 accounts are independent from
of each other.
With the respective security issues on the internet,
I am afraid to use information of sensitive nature via the
internet. What guarantee do I have?
The only information we are going to request from you are,
name, address, town, country telephone no etc. We will
not request any credit card information as we do not accept
credit cards for the time being. Furthermore all transactions

I have tested your service by buying a product on your
website and now I have an invoice in my email, but it was
just a test to understand how your service works. I do not
need the product I bought. Can it be cancelled?
If an invoice is not paid for within 30 days, it is automatically
deleted by our system with no further obligations from your
part.
I have added a product to my cart by accident. How do
I remove it from my cart?
Next to the product you want to remove from your cart there
is a checkbox. Check it on, then hit the "recalculate"
button at the bottom of the table, it will remove the product
from your list and recalculate your total amount to be paid.
What is save cart?
The "save cart" button will save your actual cart
(order) that you processed on our site for a period of 30
days. We will send you a e-mail enabling you to check out
your pending order at a later date.
I
have added a product in my cart then changed the quantity
I wanted but the total price has not changed, how can I
get the right price?
Hit the "recalculate" button at the bottom of
your cart table. This will readjust the total price of your
cart according to the new quantity you would have added.
