	Registered publishers (websites) and advertisers of Internet Communication Services Mauritius Banner Advertising agree to any and all of the following qualifications as set forth in these terms of use policy. 1. Any publisher displaying suggestive adult material, information or services which aid illegal activities, hate material, or links to such sites are not allowed to use this service. Internet Communication Services Mauritius Banner Advertising reserves the right to discontinue service to anyone at any time without notice prior or future. 2. Publishers agree to display the Internet Communication Services Mauritius Banner Advertising code (banner) in the first screen fold to enhance maximum visibility. A banner can not be hidden, any publisher not respecting this will be banned. Publishers may not place the code (banner) on frame pages with frames the same applies. Publishers are not allowed to use competing banners on the same page as Internet Communication Services Mauritius banner, i.e. any banner which advertises a web site other than Internet Communication Services clients. 3. Publishers that inflate banner counts with reloading pages or other deceptive devices will be removed and banned for life. Visitors to publisher sites must be allowed to back out of the site, rather than being pushed forward or blocked from backing out. Any publisher attempting to alter Internet Communication Services Mauritius Banner Exchanges html code without written permission will be subject to removal. Publishers are allowed to use one Internet Communication Services Mauritius Banner Exchange code (banner) per page which includes non use of competitor banners on the same page. Publishers are allowed to use Internet Communication Services Mauritius Banner Exchange banners on as many pages of their site that they wish. This would include a site solely consisting of affiliate links. 5. Publishers agree that Internet Communication Services banner code is not inserted within pop up windows. 6. Publishers and advertisers agree to accept email notices and newsletters about their sites subject(s) from Internet Communication Services Mauritius Banner Exchange. Email and newsletters notices will be sent periodically. Internet Communication Services Mauritius Banner Exchange agrees to never sell your email address to third parties as described in our privacy statement. 7. The administrators of Internet Communication Services Mauritius Banner Exchange retain all rights to its logo, site design, and site content and information stemming from its operation. 8. Publishers agree to all updates of these terms of use agreement. 9. Internet Communication Services Mauritius Banner Exchange and www.icsm.biz are owned by Internet Communication Services Ltd., 31 Bis, Rue St Georges, Port-Louis, Mauritius. Advertisers: 1. Advertisers agree to submit their banner advert 468x60 pixels not exceeding 25k, with their payment. 2. Advertisers agree to choose their own zones, after creation of advertising account by Internet Communication Services Mauritius. 3. Advertisers can upload a new banner during an advertising campaign, but must be aware that it will need approval before being displayed through the advertising network.
