Standard and Animated Ad Specifications
Accepted File Formats	GIF, GIF 89a, JPEG
Banner Dimensions	468 x 60 pixels
File Size Limit	Less than 12K (12,000 bytes)
Length of Animation	4 seconds maximum. No looping.
Alternative (ALT) Text and Tag Text (Below the image)	No more than 30 characters.
Target URL	All supplied URL's must be active at the time the banner is submitted. Internet Communication Services Mauritius will not display advertising with dead URL's.
Special Formats	Java banners are currently accepted on Internet Communication Services Mauritius on a case by case basis. Prior approval from Internet Communication Services Mauritius is necessary. Client-side Image Maps are accepted. Map HTML must be provided by the client. Animation can restart if a user places the mouse pointer within the advertisement area and/or clicks on it. Interaction with the user can only take place if the user places the mouse within the advertisement area. Audio banners are currently are not allowed. All advertisements will be reviewed by Internet Communication Services Mauritius (ICSM) and are subject to approval by ICSM before placement on site.
